I Wonder

What do the North Koreans have up their sleeves that they're now willing to allow inspections of their nuclear program? Do they think that Bushie won't go for such a partial concession? It's not like we can threaten them too much from a military point-of-view, seeing as we have wars on two fronts other than theirs. And, they have as good a chance of getting trade out of us as Cuba does, even though we have no compunctions dealing with mainland China. Or, maybe, they think that with us tied down that they can ask for partial concessions and actually get them. I dunno. I really think I'm missing something here.
