Mysteries
This past Thursday, Kiyoshi Martinez posted a note over at the Next Frontier saying that the Daily Illini's new blogging policy prohibited him from posting further on the publication of the cartoons. However, he didn't actually post the policy itself.
Fast-forward to Saturday, and Bill Dennis of Peoria Pundit is decrying the blogging policy and has the entire thing posted on his blog.
Coincidentally, the next day, Sunday, 19 Feb, is the day that Acton Gorton, of the Cartoon Two, started up his own blog, in probable violation of said policy.
So, the question currently is, how'd Bill Dennis get ahold of the policy? I assume its an internal document, which Illini Media didn't intend on public release, making its popping up in the blogosphere that much more curious.
